This was a shot of our happy family at Christmas. Nick is holding "Ralph" the Elf on the Shelf. Ralph came in handy during some of those tough times before Christmas when behaviors can be monitored and reported to Santa!

I understand that "Ralph" was helpful, but what is "Ralph"'s story? Just a direct line to Santa?
